Stay and Gather is an experiences and media company created for the people who design, produce, and shape hospitality spaces. Our memorable events—from intimate dinners to larger experiential gatherings—spark new ideas, help build businesses, and form lasting relationships.

Launching soon, our digital media platform will celebrate the stories behind great spaces and people—highlighting the creators, process, results, and ideas that make them noteworthy. Expect interesting interviews, trend roundups, project profiles, city design guides, product showcases, and so much more—storytelling meant to educate, inspire, and celebrate the industry.

The Gather series will connect attendees through experiences that celebrate the location. The inaugural event will head to Ojai, California, where attendees will connect through guided hikes, horseback riding, beekeeping and honey tastings, hands-on cooking demonstrations, and unique local art and cultural experiences.

Welcome to the first hospitality design event focused on wellness. Yes, wellness is a trillion-dollar (and growing) sector of the industry, but this conference is less about what is happening in hospitality and more about a mind and body reset—and education—for the busy professional. From thoughtful individual and group experiences around food, fitness, spa, and mindfulness, to much-needed talks exploring solutions for the road warrior, this will be a retreat like no other.
